Clinical Nurse Specialist Education Role
Job Overview:This is a clinical nurse specialist education role that provides opportunities to contribute to nursing education across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Work across multiple facilities within the district and travel to support Nursing Learning and Development.
- Partner with the Nursing and Midwifery Education team to deliver on key strategic education initiatives.
- Develop clinical education programs to support ongoing professional development of nursing and midwifery staff.
- Provide patients with safe, compassionate, person-centred care.
- Current Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Current Certificate as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor (Certificate IV).
- Demonstrated three years of experience providing clinical teaching and education using adult learning principles and facilitation skills.
- 5 weeks paid annual leave per year.
- Paid monthly Allocated Days Off (ADOs).
- Isolation and climate allowance.
- Professional development through frequent online and face-to-face learning opportunities.
