Support Role Opportunity

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide quality individual support to our participants in an in-home/community setting.

Your key responsibilities will include promoting participant choice and control, providing personal care with dignity when required, following behaviour support & health care plans, and supporting participants to increase and develop skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.

  • A good understanding of person-centred active support or willingness to embrace this model of support.
  • Availability to work 2-4 hours Mondays or Tuesdays, with the aim of increasing hours in the future.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 and above) and access to a car.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
