About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated OSHC Educator to join our vibrant team at YMCA Brisbane Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service in Bald Hills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care for children before school, after school, and during school holiday periods with a focus on providing engaging activities that foster learning and development.
  • Assist in planning and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of primary school children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to Y Queensland's safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and provide exceptional care and support to families.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in Children's Services or a related field. You should also have a strong passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
