**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, deliver, and evaluate healthcare programs.
  • Develop and implement health education initiatives tailored to community needs.

**Requirements:**

  • Must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage.
  • Hold or be willing to work towards a minimum Certificate IV in Aboriginal Primary Health Care (Practice).
  • Be willing to work towards registration as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner under AHPRA standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of local Aboriginal communities and their specific needs.
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate, and consult effectively with others.
