We are seeking a seasoned tax and advisory professional to take on a pivotal role in our organization. This Manager position involves providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients, empowering them to achieve their commercial and financial objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Advisory: Offer strategic insight and actionable recommendations to help clients navigate complex business environments and optimize performance.
  • Compliance: Lead efforts to ensure clients adhere to evolving tax laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  • Structuring: Advise on the design and implementation of tax-efficient corporate structures, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, cross-border operations, and corporate restructures.
  • Corporate Tax: Direct the management, planning, and reporting of corporate tax obligations to ensure compliance and optimise tax positions for clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business advisory, tax compliance, corporate structuring, and tax planning, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex advisory assignments.
  • In-depth understanding of corporate tax law, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, CA/CPA or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.
