Business Advisory Services Manager

This role offers a diverse portfolio of clients across business services, tax and advisory. You will manage client engagements from start to finish, provide strategic advice, and oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, and management reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review business services and tax compliance work, including financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS
  • Provide expert guidance on tax planning, structuring, and business improvement
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports and analysis to inform client decision making
  • Support Partners with client meetings, advisory projects, and relationship management
  • Develop and implement engagement plans, including fixed-fees, budgets, workflow, team coordination, WIP, billing, and write-offs
  • Mentor junior staff and support their technical development
Qualifications:
  • CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years in Business Services/Business Advisory
  • Strong technical knowledge across Australian tax and compliance
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach

Base Pay Range:

$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
