Job Title: Primary Healthcare Professionals

">Key Responsibilities:- ">
- Deliver advanced clinical care services within the primary healthcare clinic, aligned with Brams' Model of Care;">
- Conduct independent patient assessments, diagnoses, and clinical decision-making;">
- Prescribe medications under the Kimberley Standard Drug List and authorized SASAs;">
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic investigations;">
- Manage recalls, reminders, and follow-up care processes;">
- Collaborate across departments and multidisciplinary teams;">
- Lead and contribute to quality improvement activities and clinical audits;">
- Participate in clinical governance and safeguarding practices for children and young people.">
- ">
- AHPRA registration with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner;">
- Demonstrated experience in a primary healthcare setting;">
- Clinical expertise in triage, treatment, and ongoing care management;">
- Ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams;">
- Cultural humility and a willingness to learn in an Aboriginal health context;">
- Collaborative approach and ability to adapt to a diverse service environment.">
