We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering primary health care services that are culturally safe and responsive.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a primary healthcare setting and possess the necessary qualifications and skills to excel in this position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic investigations
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.

About YouTo qualify, you must hold current AHPRA registration with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working in Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (desirable)
- Clinical expertise in triage, treatment, and ongoing care management
- Ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams
- Cultural humility and a willingness to learn in an Aboriginal health context
