About the Role
- This is a hybrid role with a required in-office presence of 2-3 days a week in Burlington, Canada. Some travel to our Toronto office may be necessary.
- You will lead the induction process, ensuring new hires have a positive and seamless onboarding experience.
- Accountable for accurately completing internal forms related to onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee files thoroughly and ensure they are regularly updated.
- Generate and analyse HR reports to provide valuable insights for the team.
- Prepare employment verification letters and support the P&P team on projects as required.
- Manage and support our North American New Professionals program in collaboration with Advisors.
- Lead the organization and facilitation of program activities, including rotations, professional development sessions, mentoring, networking opportunities, and program social events.
- Be the primary contact for program participants, offering support and guidance to help them thrive and succeed.
About You
- Minimum 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience in a professional service environment.
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to tackle any challenge.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting in a group setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with tact and diplomacy in challenging situations.
- Ability to work after hours to attend events as required.
