We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investigations Analyst to join our team at Great Southern Bank. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Financial Crime AML/CTF Team by managing complex investigations to the highest standards.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in financial crime risks and investigation techniques. You will investigate internal fraud incidents and suspected incidents, gather and analyse relevant information, and ensure compliance with all necessary protocols.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Financial Crime AML/CTF to establish performance metrics that drive streamlined and compliant results.
  • You will develop and implement daily operational monitoring and response strategies to achieve key performance indicators.
  • You will conduct thorough investigations, gathering evidence and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as AML/CTF, fraud, accounting, finance, business, law, or IT.

Experience:

  • Experience working in the financial services industry, preferably in a risk management or compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial crime risks, investigation techniques, and relevant legal procedures.
