Job Title: Senior Trade and Working Capital Professional About the Role: The Trade and Working Capital team at our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Trade and Working Capital Professional to join their ranks. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for proactively researching, identifying, and sourcing external and internal new trading business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Origination of TWC specialist products and services within a defined coverage region.
  • Proactive seeking of new business opportunities through conversations with clients and their advisers and review of information provided.
  • Identification of customer needs and matching to appropriate solutions in line with the customers' aspirations and trade cycle via a thorough review of a customer's cash flow performance, budgeted projections, and associated risks through their supply chain.
  • Delivery of TWC capability to internal stakeholders (Bankers/Credit) to increase awareness of our ability to support customers' working capital requirements through TWC solutions.
  • Building awareness of our expertise and specialisation by developing relationships and delivering capability to customer advisors and external stakeholders.
 Requirements: As our ideal candidate, you will have a solid working knowledge of Trade and Working Capital coupled with proven relationship management experience. You must be experienced in building and maintaining relationships with Business customers, engaging with stakeholders, and working with complexity whilst balancing conflicting priorities. You should also possess: 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels across the organization.
  • Willingness to learn and develop your skills and actively engage with clients and bankers.
  • An understanding of financial metrics and a working capital supply chain.
  • A comfort level in facilitating presentations to bankers and customers and having a sound operating rhythm.
