
Administrative Services Coordinator

This role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of Council's office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Administration Officer is responsible for providing professional, efficient and effective administration services for the Council Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing reception duties, including answering phones, responding to emails and managing customer requests.
- Maintaining internal and external records, including filing, photocopying and scanning documents.
- Coordinating facility bookings for Council's internal meeting rooms and vehicles.
- Processing financial transactions, including petty cash and bank reconciliations.
- Performing general administration tasks, including data entry, mail management and record keeping.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
