This role involves leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality return-to-work solutions to clients across various industries. You will be responsible for coaching and developing top talent, effectively prioritizing key business activities to achieve targets, and building strong relationships with customers through proactive communication.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work collaboratively with others. Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, RCAA is essential, along with experience or knowledge of return-to-work service delivery and tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.

Key performance indicators include achieving revenue and profit targets, managing costs, and utilizing financial analysis and data to inform decision-making.
