About the Role
We are seeking a senior loyalty professional to join our Personal Everyday Banking team. As a Senior Consultant Loyalty, you will play a key role in delivering a market-leading loyalty proposition that drives growth in customers and deposits.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop pricing, commercial modelling, customer value, and differentiating features and rewards that meet clear outcomes aligned with customer need, commercial sustainability, and technical feasibility.
- To lead engagement with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to align on shared success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar senior consultant loyalty program coupled with experience in driving ideas & innovation, customer strategy, and execution.
- Financial modelling experience coupled with proven analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working.
- Experience with effectively engaging and influencing a wide array of senior stakeholders, a high degree of business acumen, and stress-testing plans and strategies.
