
Senior Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic CRM manager to develop and implement customer relationship strategies across our portfolio of brands.
The successful candidate will lead the integration of CRM with loyalty programs, owning the design and delivery of engagement and retention initiatives in partnership with internal teams.
They will also act as business owner for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, ensuring optimal configuration, governance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver CRM strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and incremental sales across all channels.
- Design personalised customer journeys and sophisticated lifecycle campaigns.
- Grow customer database quality and depth, enabling advanced segmentation and supplier retail media opportunities.
- Oversight of creative briefs and execution, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
