The Role
  • Assist with the installation, setup and maintenance of advanced surgical systems across hospitals.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Service Engineers and OR staff to prepare optimal surgical environments.
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs for surgeons and hospital teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance on instrument reprocessing, sterilization, and quality control procedures.
  • Offer ongoing coaching and support to clinical teams post-installation to maximize system utilization.
  • Monitor and report outcomes that demonstrate the system's clinical and operational value.
  • Support awareness initiatives and customer engagement strategies to foster long-term relationships.
  • Contribute to broader technology adoption by participating in non-robotic cases and providing expert insights.
  • Manage data capture and reporting processes to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as healthcare or engineering.
  • Proven experience in clinical support, capital equipment sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of operating room environments and workflows.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute from concept to implementation.
  • Change management expertise is highly valued in this position.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, with some weekend work required.
