Product Development Role

As Product Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative product solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a well-structured product backlog and release plan
  • Prioritizing and managing the feature backlog for effective release and sprint planning
  • Collaborating with UX on design and user testing
  • Evaluating trade-off decisions across customer experience, development, and operational support

You'll develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and objectives, clearly communicating product and feature value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed, you'll have tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business/Marketing (with an IT minor) combined with three years' experience in B2B SaaS product management or as a Product Owner.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Facilitating execution with scrum teams
  • Demonstrated experience in an AGILE working environment ideally within the IT-enabled healthcare or animal health industry
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
