Job Title: Warehouse Administrator – Heartland Motors

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly organized and detail-focused Warehouse Administrator. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock and parts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of inventory management principles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and storing stock and parts in a secure and organized manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, movements, and transactions.
  • Supporting the dispatch team by tracking and recording part shipments.
  • Participating in regular stock takes and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaising with colleagues to resolve any issues related to stock flow or discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
