Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive the operations of our secure cloud services. The successful candidate will lead high-performing teams across various disciplines, ensuring alignment with our vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive ideation, planning, governance, and execution to accelerate product development and deliver high-value products to customers.
  • Implement security standards to ensure operational and development activities meet compliance and risk reduction goals.
  • Sustain infrastructure and other services at high availability.
  • Enhance change management, testing, and QA to optimize performance and reliability across the product portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strategic IT expertise, including auditing current systems, developing strategies, and implementing technologies that enhance platforms, tools, and services.

  • Expertise in ITIL and Agile methodologies to manage IT operations and drive efficient product delivery.
  • Experience in identifying, attracting, and retaining top technical talent.
