About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Bolton Clarke. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with local community groups, aged care providers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to connect with potential clients and referral sources
  • Facilitate introductions and provide information about Bolton Clarke's services to prospective clients and their families
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key community groups, aged care service providers, and influencers to support client recruitment
  • Implement strategic outreach initiatives to connect with potential clients and referral sources

Requirements

  • Experience in community outreach, client attraction, or a related role
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, negotiation, and converting leads to drive growth
  • Own driver's licence
  • Up-to-date Flu vaccinations or willing to obtain
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Federal Police Check - only required for the successful candidate
  • Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
