Aged Care Support Worker: Transforming Lives in the Inner West

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Worker to join our team at KinCare in Marrickville, Inner West.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to our customers, empowering them to live independently at home for longer.
About the RoleAs an Aged Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living assistance, including domestic duties, meal preparation, shopping, social support, transport, and personal care. You will also provide respite and emotional support to our customers, helping them to maintain their dignity and quality of life.
This is a permanent part-time role with guaranteed hours close to home. You will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver tailored in-home care services that meet the unique needs of each customer.

What We Offer- Estimated salary range: $43,800 - $57,400 per annum (based on 20 hours per week)

- Ability to Work Independently and Find Solutions to Everyday Problems
