Job Description

This is a key role within our operational systems, supporting the existing infrastructure and playing a crucial part in the establishment of our new Parts Fulfilment Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training modules for all Operating Systems and Warehouse technology, working closely with subject matter experts and project teams to identify training needs.

They will also engage with the leadership team to identify training needs and competencies for our front-line leaders, supervisors and managers.

Key responsibilities include creating user-focused onboarding and training content, facilitating and delivering training programs, developing a training framework and matrix for the parts and fulfillment centre, and ensuring training records are accurately maintained and aligned with compliance standards.

Additionally, they will contribute to continuous improvement of training programs through feedback and reporting, and work across the enterprise in collaboration with our capability and training network sharing knowledge and expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful teammate will have experience in:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • 3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or L&D environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, operational or project-driven environment.
  • Passionate about helping others learn and grow.
