Training Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to support our operational systems and play a key role in establishing a new Parts Fulfilment Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training modules for all Operating Systems and Warehouse technology.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, super users, external vendors, and project teams to identify training needs.
  • Engage with the leadership team to identify training requirements and competencies for front-line leaders, supervisors, and managers.
  • Create user-focused onboarding and training content that increases the overall capacity of the parts team.
  • Facilitate and deliver training programs.
  • Develop a comprehensive training framework and matrix for the parts and fulfilment centre.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance standards are met.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, 3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or L&D environments, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems, experience in fast-paced operational or project-driven environments, a passion for helping others learn and grow, an appreciation for innovation and continuous improvement, a proactive approach, and adaptability.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and theories.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and meet compliance standards.
