TEKS Engineering is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Manager – Engineering (Structural Steel) to join our team in Burton, South Australia. As a key member of our Engineering division, you will lead the delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

This full-time role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, leveraging your strong technical knowledge and project management expertise to drive successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of multiple structural steel engineering and fabrication projects

Coordinate across workshop, site, and project teams

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Maintain strict control over project scope, budget, safety, and timelines

Identify and resolve project risks and issues

Report progress to leadership and ensure compliance with standards

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience in a senior project management role within the structural steel engineering industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects

Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, processes and tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus

Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
