Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations maximize their cloud data investments. Your expertise in data security and governance will be instrumental in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our clients.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design customized onboarding plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
  • Develop comprehensive renewal management strategies to forecast renewals and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with APJ Sales teams and Field CTOs to drive customer account strategies and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of data security and governance principles. Proficiency in renewal forecasting and modern data platforms is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in data security and governance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of data security and governance principles, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in renewal forecasting and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Starburst).
