Job Summary:

As a Financial Reporting and Compliance Assurance Manager at Reach International, you will play a critical role in supervising financial reporting and statutory filing and compliance assurance engagements of clients. This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will be responsible for supervising multiple concurrent engagements with professional staff and directing the preparation and completion of reports, accounts, and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise financial reporting and statutory filing and compliance assurance engagements of clients
  • Supervise multiple concurrent engagements with professional staff
  • Direct the preparation and completion of reports, accounts, and financial statements
  • Advise a diverse client portfolio of internationally listed companies and/or international clients with UK headquarters
  • Ensure assignments are run within budget, time, and resource requirements
  • Mentor assistants by counselling and assisting them in the management of all aspects of their work lives and in obtaining their career objectives
