This role involves providing vital administrative support within a healthcare setting, ensuring a professional and patient-focused service across varied tasks and settings.
- Delivering high-level admin and secretarial services
- Acting as first point of contact for patients
- Managing data entry and records processing
- Supporting clinic bookings and reception duties
- Contributing to safe and efficient operations
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated administration experience with competent use of IT applications including computerised patient administration systems and Microsoft Office Programs.
Able to work well with a broad scope of patients, staff and affiliated organisations. Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with both clients and staff during stressful situations.
Prioritise multiple tasks with competing timeframes with exceptional organisational and communication skills.

- Maintain accurate records and reports.
