Business Contact Centre Representative

At Equifax, we're looking for a skilled Business Contact Centre Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound and outbound support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Answer customer queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in customer service or a related field
