Disability Support Worker

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living. This includes providing domestic and personal care assistance, as well as assisting them to access and have a positive connection to the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living
  • Assist with domestic and personal care tasks
  • Help individuals access and participate in community activities
  • Work collaboratively with other support workers and professionals to achieve individual goals

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn software programs
