**About the Role**:
As an Assistant In Nursing / Support Worker working in Home Care, you are willing and capable of traveling to other people’s homes or community. You are a go-getter, positive and patient individual and have a passion for helping others. Your hours are flexible, can work autonomously and have basic skills in using a smart phone.

With a _**minimum Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or similar**_, you are capable of delivering the following services to our clientele throughout the North West Sydney area, Including, but not limited to;
- Personal Care
- Social Support
- Domestic Assistance
- Transport
- Respite/Live In
- Overnight services
- Certificate III in Individual support (or equivalent/higher equivalent)
- Valid Drivers Licence & reliable car
- NDIS Worker Check
- WWCC
- First Aid certificate
- Manual Handling Skills (Fullbody hoist, etc...)
- NDIS Q,S&Y Orientation/Communication/Supporting meals certificates
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (If driving)
- Positive & enthusiastic, can-do attitude

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
