SIL Support Worker

About the Role:

  • As a SIL Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents at our vertical Supported Independent Living (SIL) units.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Assisting with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
  2. Helping clients maintain their independence by supporting them in their daily routines.
  3. Providing transportation for clients to appointments and social activities.
  4. Aiding clients with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
  5. Accompanying clients on outings and providing social support.

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
  • NSW Unrestricted Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
  • Employer Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' completion is required.
