Nurse Specialising in Dementia Care

We are seeking a dedicated nurse to provide high-quality care to patients living with dementia in our Repat Neuro-Behavioural Unit.
Our care model focuses on individualised care, engaging carers and loved ones throughout the patient's journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate nursing services to patients with severe behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that respects patient preferences and values.
- Develop positive relationships with patients and their loved ones.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop care plans that address patient needs.
- Participate in a 24/7 rotating roster to ensure seamless care delivery.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with patients with dementia and BPSD.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of dementia care principles and practices.
