Geriatric Dementia Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Geriatric Dementia Unit. As a specialist in geriatric care, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to older patients with complex health needs.

About the Role:
  • Deliver person-centered care to patients with dementia and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve seamless care delivery
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs

Requirements:
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing Board of Australia
