We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to fill this key role.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in advocacy and unfair dismissal claims in the Fair Work Commission.
  • You will be responsible for defending claims made in the Fair Work Commission related to digital labour platforms.

You will collaborate with our largest clients, handle a range of claims, support lawyers and paralegals, and appear as an advocate in Fair Work Commission hearings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Defend claims made in the Fair Work Commission related to digital labour platforms
