**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Collection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the assessment, reconciling and collection activities of customer accounts.

You will effectively manage our litigation and insolvency portfolio, assist with payment-related team escalations, locate delinquent customers and review documentation. Ensuring timely management of costs incurred is also a key responsibility.

This role involves acting as the first point of contact for third-party payment providers, remaining compliant with Collection Guidelines while promptly addressing customer dissatisfaction. You will also contribute positively to our company culture and act in accordance with our values.
