About the Role
  • You'll be working directly with Practice Directors and overseeing multiple projects through all phases: from early design to documentation, authority approvals, tendering, and construction.
  • Leading teams, mentoring staff, engaging with clients and consultants, and maintaining a high standard of design delivery across the board.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Registered Architect in Australia with 10+ years post-graduate experience.
  • An accomplished project leader with a strong portfolio of Class 2 multi-residential work.
  • Confident and experienced across all project stages, including construction.
  • Highly proficient in Revit, with excellent documentation and coordination skills.
  • A strong communicator who can lead internal teams and external stakeholders alike.
  • Thoroughly familiar with NCC, SEPP65, ADG, and other key compliance frameworks.
  • Experienced in project budgeting, programming, and risk management.
  • A natural mentor who enjoys supporting and guiding junior staff.
