Regional People Growth Specialist

Safely deliver onshore renewable and energy storage solutions while driving the global energy transition.
This role defines and executes strategic workforce planning across a matrix organization covering diverse functions, including succession plans and retention risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional people strategies that align with corporate goals and policies.
- Partner with functional leadership teams to set goals and performance standards, ensuring effective talent acquisition and integration.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to stakeholders.
- Manage talent acquisition team members and ensure quality talent integration.
- Collaborate with reward teams to ensure compensation processes are understood and managed.
- Drive organizational design analysis, structure adjustments, and change management initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A high learning agility individual who can adapt quickly to tasks, dealing well with complexity and ambiguity. Extensive HR management/business partnering experience is ideal, gained in an international role. An ability to balance local needs with corporate policies and processes is essential.
