This role plays a pivotal part in defining and executing the People Plan for the region during a period of significant growth, potentially doubling the employee base and expanding across multiple countries.
The key responsibilities include:
- Defining and implementing the People Plan for the region.
- Strategic workforce planning across a complex matrix organization.
- Succession planning, retention risk, and attrition issues.
- Culture engagement and recognition using tools such as Culture Amp.
- Partnering with functional leadership to set clear goals and performance standards.
- Defining and resourcing leadership development requirements.
- Ongoing organizational design analysis and structure adjustments.
- Managing talent acquisition and reward processes.
- Leading P&C Ops team and HR Ops team in APAC.
The ideal candidate will have extensive HR management/business partnering experience, be able to adapt quickly to new situations, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key qualifications include:
