KOJO is an independent sports, experiences and entertainment company with a Big Hairy Audacious Goal to captivate the world with creativity that engages, entertains and inspires within the sport, activations, events, film, TV and streaming industries.
We are seeking an exceptional Key Performance Coordinator to join our national team in Melbourne, based on our market-leading position in developing fan-first sports marketing and sports experiences. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across two key pillars: Equipment & Logistics and Reporting.
Equipment & Logistics:
- You will work closely with our Technical team to track and map out equipment logistics, identify gaps and provide solutions to ensure our skilled crew has access to the right technical equipment to deliver a world-class KOJO show.
- You will oversee KOJO's OB trucks and Fly Away Kits, its servicing and maintenance schedule, and KOJO's storage facility to ensure our equipment is secure and accounted for.
- You will have input and oversight into KOJO's preferred supplier agreements to ensure we have access to the right equipment and services at the right prices.
Processes and Systems and Reporting:
- You will monitor and report on current projects and plan for new and existing pipeline projects across KOJO Sport by providing regular reports and updates to key internal stakeholders on current and future utilisation of resources and equipment, resource capacity and demand.
- You will make swift decisions and understand how to continue to move projects forward with the ability to provide clear, concise and accurate information to allow managers and the executive to quickly make informed decisions.
- You will be responsible for identifying priorities in any given moment, elevating critical challenges to appropriate leaders within the business, planning for contingencies and future requirements.
About You:
As a seasoned professional, you love working in a fast-paced environment and have a natural attitude to 'go the extra mile' especially under tight deadlines. You are comfortable making swift decisions and have the ability to provide clear, concise and accurate information to allow managers and the executive to quickly make informed decisions.
In brief, your responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Senior Technical Leadership Team to manage technical crewing
- Overseeing the digital platforms to plan, track, audit and forecast requirements for pipeline projects
- Identifying and implementing systems that help make running KOJO Sport as simple as possible and that provide accurate and timely information and data for decision making by the senior team
- Undertaking other tasks and projects as required
