Job Title: Digital Product Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Experience Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a key member of the digital team, you will play an active role in planning, research, ideation, design, and execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create high-quality digital experiences across various platforms, ensuring compelling and accessible designs for customers.
  • Deliver a customer-centric approach to product design by exploring human problems, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user testing to validate designs.
  • Align design output with Customer Experience Strategy and Digital Strategy, while collaborating with product and technology teams to ensure desirable, feasible, and viable experiences.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of experience across the UX or product design role
  • Experience designing for Apps and Websites
  • Skilled in translating insights and customer behaviors into digital design concepts
  • Previous experience within the retail landscape or digital-first organization with a strong customer-centric focus
