The Role: As a Customer Experience Leader at Boost Juice, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the store. This includes leading your team of energetic Boosties, assisting the Store Business Manager in hiring and training, implementing marketing campaigns to grow the business, and achieving financial objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Leading your team to live up to the Boost Values and culture
- Assisting in the hiring and training of the team
- Implementing marketing campaigns to grow the business and delight customers
- Assisting in achieving financial objectives of the store
- Controlling purchasing costs and inventory levels
- Maintaining operations by implementing and following policies & standard operating procedures
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment
- Excellent administration skills
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/weekends
- A profound focus on customer service and driven by results
