Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing short-term mental health interventions to clients across various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering evidence-based brief intervention strategies and techniques from modalities such as CBT, ACT & DBT underpinned by person-centred and trauma-informed approaches to psychological therapy.
- Working with clients to identify and address their mental health needs through collaborative goal-setting and case management.
- Providing comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports in accordance with professional standards.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Psychologist.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing mental health interventions, including individual therapy under the Better Access Scheme and Employee Assistance Program services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
