Job Overview

The Availability Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that products are consistently available for customers to purchase. This involves embedding robust processes and routines, making stores easy to navigate with well-merchandised products that offer clear value.


Key Responsibilities
  • Improve team capabilities through coaching and empowerment.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with the team during times of change.
  • Develop daily stockfill plans for all departments.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels by executing inventory routines efficiently.
  • Ensure back-of-house routines and maintenance are in place to maintain a tidy and safe environment.
  • Process receipts and dispatches of goods and loads.

Requirements
  • A purpose-driven leader who prioritizes care and belonging in every decision.
  • Ability to work with agility and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong planning skills and ability to embed structured processes.
  • Availability to work a flexible roster including evenings and late nights across seven days.
