Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Production Operator to join our fast-paced team in Ballarat. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality products and contributing to a culture of excellence.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for operating high-speed machinery, maintaining safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting issues. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive world-class manufacturing standards.

  • Maintain safe working practices and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Operate high-speed machinery, including performing changeovers, troubleshooting, machine adjustments, and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
About You
  • You have strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • You possess a mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery or cars, etc.
  • You are available to work across 24-hour rotating shift patterns.
  • Manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • You can meet the requirements of Orora's pre-employment medical, which includes drug and alcohol testing.
