
Executive Inventory Manager

This role focuses on ensuring product availability for customers by supporting end-to-end inventory routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop team capability through coaching and empowerment.
- Foster effective communication with the team during change, explaining the purpose behind it.
- Create a daily stockfill plan for all departments.
- Maintain accurate inventory information by executing inventory routines.
- Ensure back-of-house routines and maintenance are in place to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Manage receipt and dispatch of goods and loads.
Requirements:
- A strategic leader who prioritizes care and belonging in every decision.
- Analyze data and insights to drive decision-making for Team, Customer, and Performance metrics.
- Strong planning skills and ability to embed structured processes and routines.
- Flexibility to work a varied roster including evenings and late nights across 7 days.
