About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional People and Culture Business Partner to join our team in South Australia. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in creating a company our residents love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your HR expertise to build strong stakeholder relationships throughout our homes and central services teams.
  • Coach and develop employees at all levels to build leadership capability.
  • Navigate complex IR and ER matters with a pragmatic and human-centered approach.
  • Negotiate and influence leaders, unions, and other key stakeholders to ensure procedurally fair and appropriate outcomes.
  • Support the delivery and action planning activities associated with the Employee Engagement Survey.
  • Drive transformational change by collaborating on and executing P&C initiatives that embed sustainable practices into operations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated application of partnering skills in a P&C/Human Resources Business Partner role (min 3 years).
  • Experience working in a shared service model.
  • Demonstrated capability in coaching leaders to create thriving workplace cultures and build autonomy in people leadership.
  • Ability to create positive working relationships and influence across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering change initiatives into the business and supporting leaders implement change.
  • Demonstrated capability in navigating complex ER matters within best practice framework.
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to travel as operationally required and for team development.
