People and Culture Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Business Partner to join our team at Boral Constr Mat Limited. As a key member of our People & Culture Partnering team, you will play a critical role in supporting our frontline leaders to achieve business objectives and develop their teams.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership Support: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to frontline leaders in operational businesses to drive business outcomes and team development.
- Strategic Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement People & Culture plans and processes throughout the annual P&C lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and effective change management.
- Change Management: Drive improvement initiatives and contribute to high-impact change projects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Employee Relations: Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations, manage grievance and disciplinary investigations, and provide EA and Award interpretation advice to leaders and employees.
- National Initiatives: Engage in leadership, diversity, talent, and capability projects, driving standardization and excellence across the organization.
- Well-Rounded Experience: A strong background in People & Culture, ideally within advisory and operational implementation-focused roles.
- Large Organization Exposure: Proven track record in large organizations, particularly in industrial sectors, and experience working with EA-covered workforces.
- Enterprise Bargaining Expertise: Contemporary knowledge and experience in enterprise bargaining and managing union stakeholder interactions.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and implementing People & Culture projects.
- Autonomous & Collaborative: An independent, accountable work ethic combined with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Relevant Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities, Business/Commerce, Law, or Psychology.
