Wellbeing Product Advisor

The role of a Customer Value Specialist involves providing personalized recommendations to customers for health and wellbeing products based on their needs. The specialist will showcase the value and benefits of these products, making it easy for customers to make informed decisions.
The specialist will work with customers to develop relationships that promote the brand and products, as well as acquiring new members.
- Provide individual recommendations for health and wellbeing products based on customer needs.
- Work with customers to understand the full value of their product.
- Assist customers with day-to-day transactions.
- Ensure customers understand the benefits they can access.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Delivering solutions and resolutions to customers.
- Providing training to colleagues.
- Developing business and community-based relationships to promote the brand and products.
