About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rural Products Sales Representative to join our Ag Horse & Pet team in Bathurst on a casual basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending our range of products and services to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product range and its applications in the agricultural sector.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless inventory management, including stocktake and dispatch.
  • Process sales and perform sales quotes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

About You

  • You have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the agricultural sector and its products.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • You are a self-motivated and results-driven individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • You have a driver's license and a forklift license is preferred, but we can support you to obtain one.
