Forestry Sales Administrator Role Overview

Forestry Corporation of NSW is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their Haulage and Sales Team as a Sales Administrator.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate supporting the day-to-day management of the log supply chain, ensuring accurate delivery information, maximising compliance performance and maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder liaison.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Haulage and Sales Function, including logistics specification management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery information is maintained.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and compliance performance.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in financial system administration or a related field.
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of supply chain activities, preferably in the forestry industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and work independently.
  • Willingness to work in a rural forest setting and participate in active frontline firefighting duties as required.
